ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS values its good reputation and integrity. As a global company, ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS complies with all laws and regulations of the countries in which ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS operates and bases its business relationships on the principles of trust, openness and mutual respect. ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS expects its suppliers to maintain equally high standards of professional conduct and integrity in their dealings with ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS, their employees, their sub-contractors, customers, suppliers, competitors, communities, governments and the environment.
This ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS Supplier Code of Conduct (the "Code") sets out the minimum requirements expected from you as our suppliers regarding business ethics and compliance with laws, regulations and internationally recognized standards.
 
Business Ethics
  • Conflicts of Interest

You are expected to disclose to ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS any situation that may appear as a conflict of interest, and to disclose to ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS if any ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS officer, employee or agent may have an interest of any kind in that business or any kind of economic ties with you.
  • Improper Payments / Bribery

You must comply with international anti-bribery standards as stated in the United Nations' Global Compact and local anti-corruption and bribery laws. In particular, you may not offer services, gifts or benefits to ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS employees in order to influence the employees’ conduct in representing ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS. You are made aware that employees of ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS may neither accept nor offer such services, gifts or benefits, and that disciplinary action, as well as civil and criminal proceedings may be taken against them, in the case of a violation.
 
Intellectual Property Rights and Confidential Information
You are expected to respect the intellectual property rights and confidential information of ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS and third parties. In particular,
  • You must keep ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS’s proprietary information confidential. Proprietary information includes but is not limited to ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS’s trade secrets, know-how, business ideas and processes. Such proprietary information must be kept in strictest confidence and only be used in the interest of ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS.

 
  • Without explicit permission by ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS, you may not use ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS’s trademarks or copyrighted works.

 
Socially Responsible Working Conditions
  • Child Labor

You must not employ children under the age of 15. If national laws impose a higher minimum working age, this higher age shall apply. In no event shall employment prevent a minor from complying with compulsory schooling or training requirements, or be harmful to the minor’s health or development.
  • Forced Labor

You must make no use of forced or compulsory labor, any or kind of physically or verbally abusive disciplinary practices.
 
  • Compensation and Working Hours

You must comply with applicable national laws and regulations regarding working hours, wages and benefits. In particular, you will adhere to statutory minimum wages and will not use monetary fines and penalties as a disciplinary measure.
  • Discrimination

ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS does not tolerate any form of harassment and discrimination based on race, sex, religion, membership in unions or political parties, age, marital/parental status, pregnancy, national origin or ethnicity, social origin, disability or sexual orientation. You are expected to promote the diversity and heterogeneity of individuals in your company and must not discriminate with regard to race, sex, religion, membership in unions or political parties, age, marital/parental status, pregnancy, national origin or ethnicity, social origin, disability or sexual orientation.
  • Health & Safety

Health and safety are of utmost importance to ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS. You must comply with applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations in order to provide a safe and healthy working environment and prevent accidents and injury to health.
 
Environmental Protection
ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS is committed to conserving natural resources and demonstrates this in the choice of raw material, the optimization of resource consumption, and the systematic integration of environmental aspects in research and development, production, use and disposal.
As our supplier, you must comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and standards, and are expected to implement an effective system to identify and eliminate potential hazards to the environment.
 
Business Partner Dialogue
This Code is intended to also apply to your subcontractors providing goods or services. Therefore, you are expected to use your best efforts to ensure your subcontractors' compliance with the principles set forth in this Code.
 
Consequences
As a principle, ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS trusts you to adhere to the terms and conditions of this Code and to actively do your utmost to achieve its standards.
In case of a violation of this Code, ALPINE TACTICAL SOLUTIONS shall be entitled to terminate any contract and business relations with you with immediate effect and reserves the right to bring further legal action at its discretion.
